Tax Dollars Are Work

You have to be amazed at what the American Government spends its money on. In a time when they are paying for two wars, trying to figure out how to get money to people suffering from the sub-prime mortgage crisis, paying to rebuild the city of New Orleans, and occasionally having to raid the Social Security fund to pay for Ted Kennedy's bar tab, they have somehow found the cash to sponsor a study about the gambling habits of teenagers.
