Black Robes Call Poker a Game of Chance

There has been a long and ongoing debate about whether or not poker is a game of skill or chance. The problem with this particular discussion is that ones making the decisions are judges who would probably consider a rousing game of "Go Fish" the height of card game evolution. If it was not for the fact that their decisions carry a considerable amount of weight, letting a bunch of guys in black robes and powder wigs chime in on the game of poker would be almost comical.
