Online Poker Player Sues Poker Room

Online poker room PokerStars yanked the $1.2 million payoff to online poker player Void, real name Natalie Teltscher, because a third part helped her play her hands, which is against tournament rules. Now Teltscher has file a law suit against PokerStars in order to reclaim her tourney winnings. The judge in charge of the case has said that the first thing to determine is whether or not there is a contractual obligation to pay the tournament winnings to Teltshcer before they can move forward in the Isle of Man case.
