Sometimes it actually happens: the guy who has a 4.0 grade point average, sinus issues, a Star Trek fan club card in his wallet, and the sort of physique that reminds one of a troll doll, actually winds up dating the captain of the Cheerleaders. The problem with dating someone whose high school popularity is based on really good legs combined with a short skirt, is that any available male who is not part of figure skating team will be trying to lure away your girlfriend for purposes that could only be described as morally sketchy. Chances are you will eventually lose your girl to somebody with a football helmet and the IQ of cinderblock.
