Video Poker to Take on Console Graphics

Amid reports that video poker machines are going on hold in some parts of Australia comes the report that the Aussie poker industry is ramping up the appeal of their machines by adding graphics akin to console games like the Xbox 360. This is coming out of the recent Future Trends in Gaming conference held in Queensland, where the discussion turned to Generation Y. Gaming rooms are not where you would typically find this generation, so Xbox style graphics and group gaming is on the menu for the future of the industry.
