What is the best way to defend your blinds? Well you could try administering a savage beating, but most civilized societies frown on unprovoked violence at a gaming table. So when beating your opponent silly with the bean dip is suddenly removed as an option, you are left with only a couple of options. You could either surrender and fold your cards or take a carrot/stick approach. The problem with being in the blinds is that for the most of the hand you are in the worst position at the table. This means that any aggression on your part will be out of position.
