Why Native Mac Clients for Poker Rooms?

With so much emphasis placed on no download version of poker room software, games that are played in the browser and require only an internet connection, why is there a push for major poker rooms to put out native Macintosh poker rooms? The answer lies in the ability for poker rooms to attract those loyal Mac computer owners.
