King for a Day
There is a saying, "king for a day, fool for a lifetime." It's a good reminder of the risks inherent in vying for greatness in any course of action. You can be the king, but if you take too many risks doing so, they may come back to bite you, and you may be facing their consequences for the rest of your time.
